Introducing Greg Grooms –
Retirement Plan Consulting

Greg Grooms has dedicated most of his career to helping businesses and
employees get real value from their retirement plan. As a key member of
our relationship management team, Greg is helping new clients craft plans
that make a difference.

Greg’s expertise spans:

  • Consulting with small to mid-sized business owners to optimize their retirement plan.
  • Improving retirement plan outcomes for participants.
  • Providing guidance to plan sponsors, helping them fulfill their Fiduciary duty.

Greg got his start at a small wealth management firm as a retirement plan
advisor, doing everything from leading enrollment meetings to developing
detailed financial plans.

He joined Fisher\SMBTM as a retirement counselor, helping businesses review investment performance and fees, improve plan participation, and address compliance issues. Today, he supervises a team of retirement plan consultants, offering guidance and leadership so that they’re equipped to look out for your business and your employees’ futures.

Retirement isn’t the end of the road; it’s the moment the road finally belongs to you.
