Meet Eric. He is committed to making retirement plans easy to implement
and manage for business owners. He started his career in finance at Edward Jones and Fidelity Investments where he held multiple roles helping both sponsors and participants with their retirement plans.

Eric possesses the industry knowledge and attention to detail required to
assess how a retirement plan is performing to meet participant needs and owner expectations. As a Retirement Counselor at Fisher\SMB™, Eric is part of our unique service-first model.

Personal Motivations for Joining Fisher\SMB:

  • Interest in leveraging his past experience to provide service to both plan sponsors and participants, helping everyone involved with the plan access it as a benefit for a brighter future.
  • Desire to help with all aspects of the retirement plan (e.g. review,
    implementation, education, etc.)
  • Passion to work with hard-working Americans from a variety of industries and backgrounds.
  • Motivation to help prepare people for a comfortable retirement.

Your dedicated Retirement Counselor serves as your point of contact for an extensive service offering designed to get plan participants on track 
for retirement.

They will advocate on your behalf, coordinate with your other service providers and be available to you.

During the plan onboarding process your Retirement Counselor will:

  • Lead service provider transitions.
  • Help you establish your plan goals, rules and features.
  • Help establish an Investment Policy Statement.
  • Provide a customizable employee introduction to the plan.
  • Hold one-on-one enrollment and retirement guidance meetings with all employees.
