Meet Edgar. He is committed to making retirement plans easy to implement and manage for business owners. Edgar brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked various roles at Fisher\SMBTM. From providing 1-on-1 support for participants to helping plan sponsors navigate the complexities of their retirement plan, Edgar leverages his previous and current roles to create an optimal experience for clients and their employees.
Edgar also provides bilingual Spanish support to sponsors and participants, helping clearly communicate and guide them through their retirement
journey. As a Retirement Counselor at Fisher\SMB, Edgar is part of our unique service-first model.

Your dedicated Retirement Counselor serves as your point of contact for an extensive service offering designed to get plan participants on track for retirement.
They will advocate on your behalf, coordinate with your other service providers and be available to you.
During the plan onboarding process your Retirement Counselor will:
- Lead service provider transitions.
- Help you establish your plan goals, rules and features.
- Help establish an Investment Policy Statement.
- Provide a customizable employee introduction to the plan.
- Hold one-on-one enrollment and retirement guidance meetings with all employees.
