Chen-Han Wang has always been good at seeing the bigger picture. When he evaluated retirement plans, he looked for opportunities to connect business owners with tools and solutions that amplified the strategic possibility of their retirement plans. Now, as a strategic partnerships relationship manager, he’s able to fully lean into his talent as a connector and collaborator.

Chen-Han has worked in financial services for more than 15 years, first at Fidelity Investments and later as the Retirement Services District Manager at ADP. Since joining Fisher\SMB in 2019, Chen-Han has partnered with HR leaders, business owners, and service providers to design and optimize retirement plans that meet business goals and support the financial well-being of employees.
Today, he takes that mission further, working across disciplines to create impact for his clients, solving complex problems and finding creative answers to big questions.
