Meet Tim. He is committed to making retirement plans easy to implement
and manage for business owners. He started his career in finance in 2002
and has worked with both plan sponsors and participants, holding a number of roles in relationship management and retirement planning with a focus on plan design.

Tim possesses the industry knowledge and attention to detail required to assess how a retirement plan is performing to meet participant needs and owner expectations. As a Retirement Counselor at Fisher\SMB™, Tim is part of our unique service-first model.

Your dedicated Retirement Counselor serves as your point of contact for an extensive service offering designed to get plan participants on track 
for retirement.

They will advocate on your behalf, coordinate with your other service providers and be available to you.

During the plan onboarding process your Retirement Counselor will:

  • Lead service provider transitions.
  • Help you establish your plan goals, rules and features.
  • Help establish an Investment Policy Statement.
  • Provide a customizable employee introduction to the plan.
  • Hold one-on-one enrollment and retirement guidance meetings with all employees.
