Meet Jasper. He is committed to making retirement plans easy to implement and manage for business owners. He started his career in finance in 2006 and has provided retirement plan consulting services to organizations of all sizes and in a variety of industries. Jasper has received industry recognition for his efforts to educate sponsors on their retirement plan options, including being named as a top advisor under 40 by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Jasper possesses the industry knowledge and attention to detail required to assess how a retirement plan is performing to meet participant needs and owner expectations. As a Retirement Counselor at Fisher\SMB™, Jasper is part of our unique service-first model.

Your dedicated Retirement Counselor serves as your point of contact for an extensive service offering designed to get plan participants on track for retirement.
They will advocate on your behalf, coordinate with your other service providers and be available to you.
During the plan onboarding process your Retirement Counselor will:
- Lead service provider transitions.
- Help you establish your plan goals, rules and features.
- Help establish an Investment Policy Statement.
- Provide a customizable employee introduction to the plan.
- Hold one-on-one enrollment and retirement guidance meetings with all employees.
